Management Trainee (MT) Future Leaders Program 2027

The Indofood Management Trainee (MT) Program is a rigorous 2-year leadership fast-track initiative tailored to cultivate next-generation executive leaders across operations, finance, and food manufacturing systems.

Participants undergo cross-functional rotations, executive managerial bootcamps, and high-impact corporate assignments mentored by senior directors.

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor or Master degree from any major (Engineering, Business, Agribusiness, Sciences, Humanities).
• Minimum GPA of 3.25 for Bachelor or 3.50 for Master.
• Demonstrated campus leadership track record or notable national/international tournament achievements.
• High resilience, intellectual curiosity, and ethical conviction.
• Willingness to be assigned across any of Indofood’s nationwide manufacturing and operational sites.
