Institutional Governance Framework
The governance structure of Universitas Nusantara is designed to ensure rigorous accountability, operational transparency, and collaborative leadership among supervisory, legislative, and executive branches.
1. Board of Trustees (Majelis Wali Amanat)
The apex governing council representing multi-sector stakeholders, establishing university non-academic bylaws, appointing executive leadership, and supervising fiduciary asset stewardship.
2. University Academic Senate
The highest academic normative authority responsible for formulating educational standards, research ethics, faculty tenure criteria, and curriculum policy guidelines.
3. Executive Leadership (Office of the Rector)
Headed by the Rector, supported by four specialized Vice Rectors:
- Vice Rector for Academic Affairs and Learning
- Vice Rector for Human Resources, Finance, and Infrastructure
- Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Entrepreneurship
- Vice Rector for Research, Innovation, and Global Partnerships
4. Council of Professors
Upholding ethical integrity, nurturing scholarly traditions, and providing strategic intellectual guidance on pressing global and national issues.
